Capital markets has been another important area in Deliveli Alp’s practice. We have advised and continue to advice issuers and underwriters on numerous initial public offerings and refinancing projects. Some examples to recent work in this area include advising clients in the initial public offerings, conducting necessary due diligences and drafting due diligence reports in this context; restructurings enterprises and private companies; domestic and international private placements and issuance and sales of capital market instruments.
